As used herein, the terms "Personal Data", "Processing", "Processor", "Group of Companies", "Subcontractor" shall have the definition given to these terms within Article 4 of the GDPR. Specifically:
"Data Processor": means JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS, a simplified joint stock company under French law whose registered office is located at 35 quai du Priourat, BP79, 33500 LIBOURNE, France, registered under number 59545010700015.

The Data Controller shall ensure that it only collects and processes Personal Data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed. 
The collection of Personal Data within the framework of use of our Site does not condition in any case the conclusion of any contract with JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS.

Your IP address in order to determine the city of connection. This data is immediately anonymized after localization and is not communicated to JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS.

5.2 Managing cookies

6. Conservation of the Personal Data collected
With regard to the persons having wished to fill in the contact form, their Personal Data are kept, in active base, for a period of three (3) years from the last activity of this person on the Website. At the end of this period, this data is deleted. It will then be up to the person concerned to fill out a new contact form to remain in contact with JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS.
When you wished to subscribe to newsletters of our Site, we preserve your personal data, in this case your professional or personal e-mail address, during all the duration of your subscription.
On the other hand, the statistics of audience measurement and the raw Data of frequentation of the Internet site are not preserved more than thirteen (13) months.
However, at the end of the aforementioned periods, including as necessary from the date of a Visitor's request for deletion, his or her Personal Data may be subject to intermediate archiving in order to satisfy the legal obligations of the Data Controller and/or at the very least during the applicable statute of limitations (such as the statute of limitations of five (5) years enshrined in Article 2224 of the Civil Code), but also in order to respond to post-close requests for Visitors' accounts, etc. 
In the event of litigation, including those concerning only the Data Controller and/or JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS, for example with respect to the administration, the aforementioned Personal Data as well as any information, documents and papers containing Personal Data tending to establish the facts likely to be reproached or concerning the identification of the defendants victims, witnesses and court officers (name, surname, first names, telephone numbers, e-mail address) may be kept for the duration of the proceedings, including for a period longer than those indicated above.

7. Transfer of collected Personal Data
Personal Data may be shared with companies of JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS.
The information collected and in particular the Personal Data may be communicated to third parties acting as subcontractors bound by a subcontract with the Data Controller or any other company of JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS in order to carry out, in particular, the services relating to the purposes of processing mentioned in point 3 "Purposes of the processing of Personal Data collected".

These processors act only on the instructions of the Data Controller and have limited access to personal data, in the context of the performance of these services and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations. They are bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Data Controller. 
If required by law, the Data Controller may transmit data as a result of claims made against the Website and to comply with administrative and judicial proceedings;
If the Data Controller is involved in a reorganization operation within JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS, in a merger, acquisition, transfer of assets or collective proceedings, it may be required to transfer or share all or part of its assets, including the Personal Data collected within the framework of the Website. In the event that Personal Information is transferred outside of JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS, Visitors will be informed before the Personal Information is transferred to a third party.
Finally, your Personal Data is collected, processed and hosted within the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Union. Right to erasure ("right to oblivion") and more specifically, the right to send special instructions to the Data Controller regarding the fate of the Visitor's Personal Data after his/her death;
Right to the limitation of the Processing;
Right to object;
Right to the portability of Personal Data.
You may update or delete Personal Data by sending your request to JEAN-BAPTISTE AUDY SAS, specifying your name, first name, address and attaching a copy of both sides of your identity card.
The exercise of these rights does not affect the legality of the treatments carried out before this exercise.
You also have the right to make a complaint to the CNIL if you feel that your rights have not been respected. However, we invite you to contact us before filing a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
