Chateau Bonalgue 2014
From the first nose, the truffle is present, mixed with sweet spices and blond tobacco, with an always fruity and pleasant frame. In the mouth, it is tasty, straight, with a finish of silky and velvety tannins. A good freshness structures the whole! To drink now !
Distinctions
"This over-performing property is one of the most consistent
of Pomerol. A consistently successful, fleshy, delicious, hedonistic wine" - Robert Parker
"A strong fruit wine for the vintage, with plenty of body, chewy tannins and a long finish. It shows depth for the vintage." - James Suckling
"Still plenty of charm with a sense of fullness and a greedy spherical tannin. Supple, unctuous, balanced, serene length." - Bettane & Desseauve
