    Harvest: From October 6 to 11

    Area: 9.41 hectares

    Type of soil: gravel on sandy-clayey soil

    Grape varieties: 95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc

    Aging: 18 months in fine-grained French oak barrels (50% new, 50% wine).

    To decant 1 to 2 hours before serving – to serve at 17/18°C
